Head… hurts

One day, the campers were served rice and beans as an object lesson (Haitians are poor, this is what they eat; feel sorry for them, give to missions), but the kitchen girls made a pan of pizza for the staff. I bounced back to get some pizza, only to be accosted by the camp dean (who is a way cool guy) for not eating rice and beans. Apparently somebody miscommunicated and the pizza wasn’t supposed to have been made. One of the kitchen girls, Charity, saw what happened and grabbed a couple pieces and stuck them in the fridge for me. I toughed it out through lunch and then during rest time sneaked back in and got the pizza from her. You’re a pal, Charity :*

I didn’t have internet all week, as previously mentioned, so it was kind of scary to get five or six calls a day from Mom: “So and so called and they need their computer fixed.” So the jobs started to pile up, and basically all I did Saturday, Sunday, and today was go fix computers. It’s way cool that business is really picking up, but I’m going to college soon. One month from today, in fact! I’ll have to start all over with getting the word out. And I’m leaving for my camp next week, so I’ll be behind another week. This could get messy.

I’ve started helping out at A Small Orange more, now that we have root access and are getting paid. I really like working there; Tim is a very cool guy.

More later, time for food.
