Going home for Thanksgiving. Yes, I know we don’t get out until Tuesday. I have six classes Monday and Tuesday. Five are not happening. I win.
Now for a four-hour drive
I don’t like driving. Sigh.

Jenn had a bad day today and it was her birthday! Ya gotta do something to cheer people up on their birthdays. So she’s at a math test right now, which we studied for together. Paige and I just got done decorating her door. I hope the balloons stay up… :/
I’m so bushed right now. Had recitation for chem at 9 and really didn’t stop going until I just now walked in the door. Chem lab report, Honsci outline, French essay, four classes, lunch with Hannah, tutoring Jenn and Rachel for 2 hours, phew. But all done now!
UPDATE: I just got a call, not from Jenn, but from her friend Kelsey, whom I haven’t met… I guess Rachel flew off the handle again at Jenn and so Jenn was an emotional wreck, too much so to call me. So Kelsey did it for her. Poor girl! And on her birthday, blah. Apparently she loved the door decorations, though. Guess I’ll just keep her in my prayers.
Chris, oh Chris, why do you never use headphones while playing loud video games. I’ll just watch Strong Bad really loud to compensate.
Yay. Protected post mission complete. Now in a couple days it can be unhidden.
Despite appearances, today was actually a verreh good day. I had music this morning and got back my music test. Got an 88, pshaw. Ambrosini is a very nice guy, but his grading is so RANDOM and subjective. Absolutely no rhyme or reason to it. It's okay, though. I only need an 86 on the final test to get an A, and I'll bet he'd bump me a couple points cause he seems to like me if it came down to brass tacks.
Trillian 3 bumped to build 948. I submitted 18 bugs. Maybe I'll qualify for a nice yummeh Pro account, hm? That would be nice; TP3 is quite wubbable and I shall probably end up going ahead and buying it if I don't get a free account. I'm not holding my breath.
I've been tutoring Jen and Lisha for hours upon end. Monday was awesome; they knew the material; they could work any problem I gave them, they could reproduce the charts perfectly. They both got As on the practice test.
And then came the test. And they get low, low grades. A D and a C. What does this say about the variability of test results? This test was BAD, bad, bad. Not at all representative of the knowledge of the chapter. I mean pshaw, I got an 84, and I can quote the book!
I missed questions about odd subjective things that were not in the reading nor in the notes. But in the end it's okay, because I can drop that grade and replace it with the final.
But while I was tutoring Jen, her friends Rachel and Jenn (notice, two Ns… hereby a distingushing feature) came over because they needed help too. I explained a few concepts to them, but these funny words kept ringing in my ears. Words like "why doesn't he explain it that way?!?" and "ohhhhh I get it I get it!". I guess because science doesn't come that easily to me, it's easy for me to explain my thought process. I have a lot of little tricks and things that "just work". Is fun ^_^ So tonight I tutored Jenn and Rachel in trigonometry, and I think they understand it a lot better. It was really cute afterwards… they wanted to know how much to pay me and I said $30 was fine. Suddenly I'm attacked with two pairs of puppydog eyes: "Seeeeeeth, that's not enouuuuugh!!" So they ended up "tipping" me $10, heh. They are VERY sweet girls, both of them. Rachel talks a mile a minute, and Jenn is reserved and shy, but both as kind as can be. Jenn wasn't quite as shy around me by the end of the night, though
I think we are going to go and have lunch sometime.
It is Jenn's birthday tomorrow, which means it's FunTime™ for the me. I called up Paige and she is going to go get some crepe and balloons, and we're gonna deface Jenn's door while they're gone to take their math test tomorrow. Now where can I find jellybeans… and hopefully Jenn won't randomly click on my blog tomorrow
I wrote my last chem report tonight. No more chem. No more getting up at 6:45 for lab. More sleep. More bliss. Yay.
I still have an honsci outline to do. Well, I've done half. Didn't get to go to the liburry tonight because of Jenn and Rachel. Who are more fun, and better looking, than old Bizzell anyways.
Also went to my last concert at Catlett that I have to report on. It was pretty good, but I can never enjoy those when I'm frantically scribbling notes. And I went without Hannah. Sigh. We don't seem to talk as much.
Note to self: do something fun for Melissa. She's a cool RA.
Note to self 2: tell Angela I won't be there Tuesday to close out. Discuss.
Note to self 3: give Stacy clicker.
Note to self 4: French essays can always be written in zoology.
Note to self the last: iWub Loth ^_^
