There should be an IPB folder inside. Make sure that the folder name of your emots matches the one in the README. Sometimes Trilly uses "TP16", sometimes it uses "TP21". One problem is when I followed your instructions I now get black boxes instead of the emotes, and nothing at all in the emoticon pop-up window in the IM box.
