So the bunnikins craze has hit InvisionFree. All because of me.
Yodaminch was using a series of Star Wars avatars and we kept making fun of him. He asked if there was any avatar he could use that we would accept, and I suggested a “fluffy bunnikins”. Google yielded an acceptable example, and with a bit of coloration we had a Community Moderator bunnikins. Support Staff and Admin bunnikinses soon followed. Here is mine:

But boy, are there some very weird ones.
I think I just committed robbery.

Do you like the crimson smilies eh? I know I do. Admittedly not as easy to see, but ah well. Theme baby, theme!
Is it “smilies” or “smileys” ? :O
Phew, have I had a day and a half.
Started off at the Janssens’; they had a few computer problems, one of which was a laptop with two partitions that they wanted merged. So I fired up PartitionMagic and went to work. 30 minutes and one funny error later, it was done. So I boot back into Windows and there it is, a folder labelled DDRIVE that has all the… empty folders? Oh no. No no no! Windows says Access Denied? No please no! Freak-out time. Let’s run chkdsk /f and see what happens. 5000 errors fixed, wow. Try again. Nope, same error. Double freak-out time. How about Linux? Boot into Linux, try to read the files. Nope, pwnt. Meltdown time.

Hey there Seth!
You may remember me from The Donahue Show episode that you and I appeared on back in 1992. I am home visiting my parents and am converting some old tapes (that are getting worse with time in quality) and ran across your segment. My name is Roop Shrivastava and I was the 15 year old talk-show host. The gawky kid with the big glasses.
I read a little about you. I am impressed by your long resume at the age of 17! Congrats on your musical and academic excellence!
I am currently the morning show anchor of NBC in New Orleans where I’ve been for the past three years. I’m 28 now and spent my twenties working at several small affiliates in Michigan before joining WDSU TV in New Orleans.
Anyhow, next time you’re in the area…be in touch! And continued success to you.
Regards,
Roop Raj
Wow, a voice from the past. I wonder what I should write back and say.
I guess this is him.
