Happy Singles Awareness Day

It is sooooooooo nice outside! *runs and frolics on the lawn* Not February weather at all, it’s over 70 here. I need to take pictures or something.

Sam is indeed a goodness. She’s been such a comfort this last week, when I needed it most. She totally lied, though, when she said she wasn’t a huggy person. Either that, or she makes an exception for me… but either way, can’t say I mind. I’m so hug-deprived here. Even pats on the back every once in awhile would be nice. But now it’s all good ^_^

I gave out half a dozen Valentines and got a few back, so I guess Singles Awareness Day was a success. However, the really exciting part of the day came this morning. I was just about to head off to physics class, but I had a few extra minutes so I went ahead and stopped by to schedule my advising appointment for fall ‘05 advising. I had to wait in line for the secretary to finish filling out the appointment book for another student, and some of the advisors sitting around started talking about how they wished they had a network calendar so they could all make changes to it and see everyone else’s schedules. Score! What did I just set up for myself and again for ZAP? Why yes, I can do that for you!

So I’m going to go in later and demo things for them, and probably set them up a WebDAV interface for calendar sharing! That should look good on my intracollege resume.
