Cate Country Club

Sam, Dany and I went to a country club last night.

Well, not really, but it kinda felt like one. We were sitting at a table in Cate Center with our O-Chem stuff spread out all over the table. Out of nowhere a lady appears: “Hi guys, my name is Anne! Let’s move you inside to a bigger table where you can spread out? Can I get you any drinks? Carry anything? Food? Here, let me open that door for you! Oh the table is dirty, I’ll clean it off!” I found out she had worked for a country club before starting to work at H&FS that day… but why? Why was she giving us the gold card super double plus club treatment? We still don’t know…

I’m in Cate now and she’s passed by several times, calling me by name, and asking if I want anything to drink / eat… it’s a welcome change, but still odd. Odd.

Speaking of O-Chem, though… I had my third test today. I think I did very well, due to the studying + all the goodies I took in with me. IM or IRC for extra details.
