The Little Things
As you might recall, I had a program for my floor last month that involved food and lots of Super Smash Bros. Melée. Although attendance was low, the people there seemed to enjoy it.
Tonight I saw Gavin as he was keying onto the floor. He mentioned, "hey, we should have another one of those tournament things, it was fun." Made my day.
It's the little things.
Is it possible to have SSMB and food not lead to fun? Anyway, yeah, I’ve noticed things like that too. Like after we published our school newspaper last month, a 9th grader came up to me and said, “Hey, that was a really cool article.” That put me in a good mood for days! People don’t realize one nice little comment can make the difference between a good day and a bad day.
I had Eye Toy and food the night before last (plus some drinks
) and that was immensely fun, and everyone there seemed to have a great time to!
My friends also enjoy coming over to play a little SSMB and Nightfire. Amazing how such simple games can be played over and over and over again.

Yeah, and you never lose interest. But how could you? SSMB and Nightfire rock!
