Mission Accomplished
My friend Caitlin’s 21st birthday was on the 10th, so I wanted to make it special for her since she’s stuck here at summer school instead of back home. So I waited until she was asleep and then sneaked up to her hall and hung balloons and streamers at 4 in the morning
